HOW TO RETURN (ONLINE ORDERS)
If you wish to return online order for store credit please follow the below instructions:
1. You must email info@theblackandwhite.store within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email please state your order number & why you are wanting to return your item(s). We will email you a returns form & return address.
2. Make sure your item is unworn and in original condition with tags attached
3. Package up your item securely (please include your returns form) and send it back within 7 days of receiving your Returns Confirmation Number (RC#) from us via email (for international customers, we allow up to 21 days upon receiving your RC#).
Any costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The Black & White Store will not be held liable if the item is lost in transit and we therefore recommend that you send all returns by trackable, Registered Post.
PLEASE NOTE
- ALL online orders MUST be returned to the address we provide to you via email
- After 7 days all sales are final
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only exchange or credit note
- We will not accept your return & will return it back to you if found to be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- If you would like to exchange for a different size, please email info@theblackandwhite.store
- Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for a return; exchange or store credit
