If you wish to return your online order for Store Credit, please follow our self-serve process below:
1. REQUEST YOUR RETURN
Log in to your Customer Account using your email address within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an approval email containing your Returns Form and our Return Address.
2. PREPARE YOUR ITEM
Ensure your item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
3. SEND IT BACK
Package your item securely, ensuring the Returns Form is included inside.

Domestic: Post your return within 7 days of approval email.

International: Post your return within 21 days of approval email.
4. RECEIVE YOUR STORE CREDIT
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will email your Store Credit to the email address used for the original order.

ONLINE RETURNS: All online orders must be returned to our head office. We do not accept online returns or exchanges in-store.

STORE CREDIT: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns are eligible for store credit only.

EXCHANGES: While we process returns as store credit, we are happy to help you secure a different size. If you wish to exchange, please email info@theblackandwhite.store once you have submitted your return request. If available, we will put the item aside for you until your return is processed.

FINAL SALE: Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return or store credit.

SHIPPING: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as The Black & White Store is not liable for items lost in transit.

TIMELINE: After 7 days of receiving your order, all sales are considered final for change of mind.
