We offer Store Credit for all eligible returns. We do not offer direct refunds for change of mind.

Please Note: You must initiate your return via your Customer Account within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

The Process: To ensure a smooth return, you must receive approval, Return Shipping Address and a Returns Form from us before posting your item back. For step-by-step instructions on how to use our portal, please click here.

Wanting to Exchange? While we process returns as store credit, we are happy to help you secure a different size! If you would like to exchange, please email us at info@theblackandwhite.store. We will put the requested item aside for you until your return is processed and your store credit is issued.
- Condition: to be eligible for a return, Items must be in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender.
- Exclusions: Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and are not eligible for return. Sale: All sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If an item is returned, it will be sent back to you at an additional charge. All sale orders will not be accepted in store.

Online Returns: All online orders must be returned to our head office. We are unable to accept online returns at our physical store location.

How long is my Store Credit valid for? Online store credit expires in 3 years; we want you to take your time finding something you truly love!

Where can I use my credit? Store credit issued for an online order is valid for online purchases only.
