in-store returns

We offer Store Credit or Exchanges for items returned to our Paddington store.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Timeline: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Condition: All items must be in original, saleable condition. We are unable to accept items that show any signs of wear.

  • Using Store Credit issued in-store:

    • for online purchases: log in with your email address to apply your balance at checkout. 

    • for in-person purchases: simply share your email or phone number with our team at the counter and we will take care of the rest for you.

  • Exclusions: Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and are not eligible for return. Sale: All sale items purchased in-store are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty. 

  • credit receipts (legacy system) if you hold store credit issued via a printed receipt, please keep it in a safe place. as these are unique documents, we are unable to replace or reprint them unless you have a current active profile with us.

  • how long is my store credit valid for? in-store store credit expires in 3 years; we want you to take your time finding something you truly love!

  • where can i use my credit? store credit issued in-store is valid for in-store & online purchases.
