SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We ship internationally.

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post & CouriersPlease.
• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
• Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Please note, after a collection drop, processing times may take 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

All international orders are shipped via AusPost Express or CouriersPlease, however as we are located in Australia, please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery to arrive.

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up Please do not confuse them for additional shipment charges.
